ZAYA KIDZ Return & Refund Policy
At ZAYA KIDZ, we want you to love every piece you choose for her. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Please contact us at info@zayakidz.com before returning an item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@zayakidz.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us at info@zayakidz.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit-card provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by ZAYA KIDZ or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ZAYA KIDZ cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
